Star Catalog Sample Page

This is one sample page of 20 pages listing over 600 Stars and deep Space Objects. Note the separation of Zodiakal and Extra-Zodiakal constellations into two columns. This makes it easy to see how the stars of each intersperse into and formulate each sidereal sign. Note also the color coding of stars (black), nebulas (green), deep space objects (blue), and coordinates (red), making it easy to discern each. The center column lists the Tropical longitude (2000 AD) of the objects. The tropical longitude changes with Earth's precession because it is referenced to the moving vernal point. However, this column allows you to find a sidereal placement of an object or point if you only know its tropical longitude. It also provides the tropical astrologer the ability to see where a tropical longitude enters the sidereal zodiak.
