Downloading your Sound Recordings
You can download your files immediately if you ordered through Paypal. (Customers paying via eCheck will have access to their downloads after their eChecks have cleared, which takes around 4 -11 business days according to PayPal.)
If you are paying with a check or money order via snail mail, your downloads will be available when your payment is received. In that case, you will receive an email at that time notifying you that your files are available to download.
You can view your order history at any time by logging into this ordering page with the email and password you provide when you place an order. Login in, go to "My Account," and then click the "Show All Orders" link.
You will have 5 days to download your audio files. You will also be allowed four downloads per file (just in case a download is interrupted for any reason). If there are any problems downloading or you need additional time, simply contact me and I will reset your download time to ensure you receive your files.
